Individuals who are interested in volunteering with Medics Without Borders (MWB) should fill out and mail the following application and medical release forms to the following address:

The faster way to get your application forms processed is to email the forms to info@medicswithoutborders.org or info@mwbhealthsystems.org. After reviewing your applications, an invitation letter with instructions on how to apply for an entry visa/permit would be emailed to you. Please, do not forget to attach other required documents needed to complete your application.
